The varsity dance team celebrated their Senior Night on Feb. 9. For this tradition, each senior received breakfast in the morning along with a pageant sash titled “MISS TJVD SENIOR” as well as a tiara to wear during the day.

All team members wore black dresses for the “Little Black Dress” spirit day. Later that evening before the basketball game, each senior was announced and escorted by their family and friends, in addition to receiving a collage poster from the underclassmen team members.

“It was very happy and very sad, because it was a great four years, and now it is over,” said senior Katrina McTigue, co-captain of the team.
