Strobe lights and blaring music transformed Gym 2 on Feb. 8 for the annual Sadie Hawkins dance.

The class of 2015 sponsored the dance after a varsity basketball double-header  against Marshall High School. Senior Nipun Singh (DJ Lil’Singh) provided music for the event.

The dance was deemed a success as 135 people attended, putting ticket sales alone over $600. Candy grams were also sold throughout the week, boosting revenue.

“Sadie’s was a huge success with over 100 people in attendance and too many candy grams sold to count,” Class of 2015 historian Anant Das said, “but everyone had a lot of fun on the dance floor and that’s what’s most important.”
