Eli Tillemann, a junior at Jefferson, has written for tjTODAY for over 2 years. He enjoys writing pieces discussing political and administrative issues at Jefferson. Outside of his work at tjTODAY, you can find him operating as an officer in both the Jefferson chapter of Young Democrats and Teenage Republicans, working to encourage civil political discourse across the aisle and combat the negative effects of polarization.
