Chris Yoo, Convergence Editor-in-Chief

Chris Yoo is a senior at Jefferson who has been doing journalism since his freshman year, making this his fourth year on the team. Chris believes that conducting interviews and getting to know his environment better are the best parts about journalism. When not partaking in journalistic activities, Chris enjoys politics, reading, playing soccer, tennis, and football, doing chemistry, and being a part of Jefferson’s Quizbowl team.

Elias works on keeping the scoresheet updated during a lacrosse game. “[My initial experience] was a bit tricky because I had to learn the ropes. I wasn’t very fluent in lacrosse at the time when I started because I wasn’t an athlete in that type of way. But in the end I learned the ins-and-outs of the sport. It took me going to the first couple games, asking the coaches questions, observing the referees call score, looking at the scoreboard, and working with friends.,” Elias said.
